Super Protein Breakfast

You ever have those mornings where you defrosted bacon but you want sausage... So I decided to have it all!! Fried up my bacon, and then crumbled up the sausage in the pan, added some scrambled egg and shredded cheddar and made a delicious high protein breakfast! I certainly started the day on the right foot! or the right stomach! :)
